Micky is now entering his final week of chemotherapy treatments and his prognosis is excellent! With the success of the treatments, he will no longer require extensive surgery and is now on the path to making a full recovery. However, Micky’s bills have escalated to over $100,000.00 worth of medical-related costs alone and he still requires financial assistance. Please help us support Micky as he enters his final stage of treatment and onto his cancer-free life. We are looking forward to seeing him on the stage and back in action in 2024.

Update, may 2023:
Micky is undergoing chemotherapy with his doctors and is expected to complete these treatments within the coming months. He is in good spirits and is anticipating going back to work once his chemotherapy has been completed. Micky’s medical bills are continuing to climb, and we are deeply appreciative of all of the generous donations from his supporters. We want to thank you all for your continued support of Micky as he fights to regain his health and get back on the stage.

Micky Finlay has worked in the music industry since 1979. For 44 years he has used his talent as an instrument technician for a number of successful artists, including Prince, Motörhead, U2, Harry Styles, and Social Distortion.
Now he needs our help. Micky has been diagnosed with stage 3 colorectal cancer and his bills for treatment are piling up. He has had 6 weeks of oral chemotherapy and radiation therapy, with more treatments and possible surgery on the horizon. Micky’s financial challenges are exacerbated by the loss of work during the treatment process and he doesn’t qualify for Medicaid.
